Brinjal is a warm seasonal crop and its is almost known as eggplant Aubergine,this is a famous vegetable of South asian countries.the brinjal is rich in fiber, antioxidants and nutrients like vitamins B6 and vit K.
How to Grow Eggplant Brinjal Step-by-Step…
1. Choosing the best seed- the popular varieties are like black beauty ,the brinjals plant look like longe purple and it seeds are hybrid F1 and many more local varities are available in the market
2. Right Season:- this is a Warm seasonal crop. There are 26 to 30° C are suitable for Thrives.
3. Better Time for sow the seed:- The Better Time sowing brinjal’s seed is favorable for Summer and spring
4. Preparation of soil :- There are the many type of soil avilable, But compost soil and Loamy soil are good for sowing the brinjal`s plants seed.
5. Planting method – improved type of the Seed is basic step of sowing the plant .1/4 inch deep in the fields or Pots at home or garden.
(I). there are minimum 6 to 12 day’s requirement for Germinates the seed’s.
(ii). Brinjal seed transplantation are ready When 4 to 6 inches tall of seed Plant’s.
(ⅲ). This is so important to monitoring about the spacing of plants of each other and it is nearby 16 to 22 inches apart.
6. watering and sunlight –
(I) Minimum Requirment of sunlight 6 to 8 hours per day.
(ⅱ) watering is so Important and Averege water Keeping soil moist But not soggy.
7. Fertilization:-
(i). Usually we applies Balanced fertilizer, 8x8x8 at Plantings areas are required.
(ii). during the flowering ,we used almost Compost or Potassium rich fertilizers.
8. Harvesting Time:-
(i). The Plant is ready in 70 to 90 day’s almost. (nearly 3 months)
(ii). Right time for Harvesting when Plant is looking Glossy and firm.
(ⅲ). Using With sharp scissors or knife to cut the vegetable or (fruit)
